SrilanCan online store is owned and operated by SrilanCan Inc. All purchases through this site are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, we understand you to have accepted and agreed to these terms. REGISTRATION
To register with Srilancan.com you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order for products on our website, you will receive email confirmation prior to your order being processed. We will try our best also notify you if we become aware that there will be a delay with your order.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards. Unfortunately, at the current time we are unable to accept bank or personal cheques, money orders or direct bank deposits.
PRICING
All prices listed online are in Canadain Dollars and include the Canadain government’s goods and services tax (“GST”).

Prices are correct at the time of online publication but are subject to change without notice.
Please note that our pricing may differ from pricing of our products which are available through other retail outlets.
If you are ordering from outside Canada or Sri Lanka, your order could be subject to local custom’s duties or other local taxes in the country of destination. You should check with local authorities in your country to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional customs charges will need to be paid by you upon receipt.
PRODUCTS
We endeavour to ensure that all items displayed for sale on our website are available at the time of ordering. However occasionally, unforeseen supply problems or unexpected demand may result in some items being unavailable or cause a delay in products being dispatched. If this occurs, we will try to inform you as soon as possible.
PRE-ORDERS
If an item is specified as a pre-order, it means we are taking advance orders for the item
before its official release date. If you order other items along with a pre-order item, they will be held until the pre-order item is made available. If you require those goods to be shipped without delay, we recommend you place a separate order.
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COSTS
Orders deliverable to Canadian addresses are sent by Canada post and are subject to the following charges, which will be added to the retail price of the items. All charges are quoted in Canadian dollars.
For 1 unit of an item: $14-95
For 2 units of an item: $17-95
For 3 units of an item: $19-95
These charges are inclusive of GST. Should any adjustment need to be made to these charges,you will be advised by email prior to dispatching your order. For delivery addresses outside Canada to any country in the world, international shipping costs are:
For 1 unit of an item: $24-95
For 2 units of an item: $37-95
For 3 units of an item: $56-95
DISPATCH
Once you have received your order confirmation email, if the items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 72 hours. If you would like to check on the status of your order during this time simply contact us with your order number and name. Note that primary correspondence for orders is conducted by email so please ensure that you supply us with an active email address and phone number. Should you have a query regarding your order, please email us at info@srilancan.com
Please note that some international orders may require additional identification before being processed and may affect estimated delivery times. We reserve the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Canada.
DELIVERY
Delivery times will always depend on the postal service at either end, but to assist you we have included some estimates below. Please note that it can actually take up to 6 weeks for international delivery in extreme cases, or where there has been increased security throughout the postal circuit.
Within Canada: 5 business days
Rest of the World: 5 - 10 business days
Please note we will not be liable to you or any third party for any losses suffered as a result of any delay.
It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong information, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
INSURANCE
Generally, orders from the website are not insured. If you would like to insure your order, you must write to us before you place your order and you will need to pay an additional premium. Postage and packing charges quoted online do not include insurance.
RETURNS
If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with any item you receivewe’ll refund your money. please return the item within 10 days, along with the original invoice. We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection.

Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
In case of returns shipping and handling charges are not refundable. all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order.SRILANCAN.COM is not responsible for return shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully in their original packaging. Please be advised that packages sent by normal Canada Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since SRILANCAN.COM cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Occasionally packages may take longer than usual to arrive, but once they leave our warehouse it is unfortunately out of our hands. In most cases with international orders, the package is delayed at customs. Otherwise packages are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or because it was not claimed within a specified time.
If your package has been in transit for more than 4 weeks, please run through the following
checks before contacting us:
_ Check that no-one within your household has accepted the package on your behalf
_ Check your invoice and ensure that you have given us the correct address
_ Check your mailbox for any post office slips regarding the package
_ Consult your local post office and ensure there is nothing there for you waiting to be picked up
FRAUD PREVENTION
In order to protect you and Srilancan from fraudulent transactions, Srilancan may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the "bill to" address that you provide matches your credit card address. Srilancan also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses. In the event that Srilancan chooses not to ship an item, you will be notified by eMail and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
CANADIAN LAW
These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions, the use of this website and any order or purchase made through the facilities of this website shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.
